JistSki aims to bring together the rewards of incentive trips and the benefits of training and conferences. By combining the two aspects we believe that the benefits will be for all, the employer, the employee and importantly family and friends.
With work and leisure time at a premium, we believe that incentive and conference trips should be open to family and friends to attend (especially if the incentive trip/conference falls on a weekend or school holiday). We create programs that run side-by-side allowing employees to develop through CPD whilst being able to spend time with their family/friends. Doing this employers will gain higher willing attendance at important company conference/training; employees will actively seek and look forward to the CPD offered by the company and the employer will benefit through better motivated staff and improved retention.
Jeff Bateman
Graduated from Loughborough University with a Bsc(Hons) degree, upon leaving Loughborough as a keen mountaineer he spent several months in Nepal climbing a number of 6000m Peaks.
As well as the coaching aspect Jeff as been involved in Project Management and training for the past ten years, with a wealth of experience with a large variety of events from small team building days to large multi-activity events (with over a 1000 clients), themed days out, conferences and much more. He has worked with clients which include HSBC, Price Water House Coopers, Nokia, Ericsson, and many more.
Jeff is a very experienced coach qualified to a high level in a number of sports including Skiing (NZSIA) Diving (PADI staff instructor) River Surfing (NZ coaching) Climbing (BMC SPSA).
Jeff has spent a number of years living in New Zealand and Australia where amongst other things he managed a live aboard dive boat, taking people for periods of time off shore to experience the wonders of the Great Barrier Reef. Current activities are centred in Europe, Austria, Italy and Spain.
For the past number of winters Jeff has lived in Zell Am See Austria giving him the local knowledge needed to run and organise events in this beautiful Austrian Town.
